An Agnostix business

Run the whole ISP from one console.

Billing, customer records, the network operations centre (NOC), device management, HR, analytics and support. Seven modules working from one subscriber record, so a payment, a link drop and a ticket all land on the same account.

Built to run a real ISP first

SaidaLink started in 2025 as the internal system of Mwanga WiFi, a fibre and wireless ISP in Nakuru, Kenya. The platforms on the market treated M-Pesa as an afterthought, ran support on another continent's clock and were priced for a Western cost base. So the team built what an operator here needs, then opened it to other ISPs.

Most small ISPs run on six tools and a spreadsheet

A billing system that doesn't know which customer is offline. A RADIUS server nobody wants to touch. An OLT reached by telnet from one engineer's laptop. Support on a personal WhatsApp number. Payments matched to accounts by hand at month end.

Every gap costs staff time, and staff time is most of what a small ISP spends after bandwidth.

What is in it

  • Billing

Per-subscriber billing for PPPoE, static-IP and hotspot plans, driven by RADIUS. Recurring invoices, prorated upgrades and grace periods. M-Pesa STK Push, Airtel Money, MTN MoMo, T-Kash, KopoKopo, Paystack, Flutterwave, cards and bank transfer. A payment is reconciled as it lands, and the subscriber is reconnected automatically over CoA.

  • CRM

Every subscriber, service and ticket in one record. Tickets with SLA timers, payment and message history, KYC documents and a branded self-service portal.

  • NOC

Live sessions, devices and links. Per-client bandwidth from RADIUS accounting, optical power and loss-of-signal (LOS) alarms, outage tracking, and a connection audit that catches subscribers who are online but not billed.

  • DMS (device management)

A TR-069 ACS and GPON controller for ONUs, CPEs and OLTs: Huawei, ZTE, FiberHome, Nokia, VSOL and MikroTik. Zero-touch provisioning, service and VLAN profiles without the CLI, and bulk reboots, firmware and configuration.

  • HR

Staff, branches, attendance, leave and payroll, with field technicians and support staff in the same system as the subscribers they serve.

  • Analytics

Revenue, collections, churn and network utilisation, by package, zone and agent, from the same data that runs billing and the NOC.

  • SaidaAI

The first line of support, over WhatsApp, SMS, web chat and voice.

Your server, your data

Each ISP runs its own SaidaLink server, either in SaidaLink Cloud on Azure or on its own hardware. The ISP owns its subscriber data, and the platform processes it on the ISP's behalf. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up daily, and the uptime target is 99.9%.

  • Updates

Every release is signed. The ISP's server checks the signature, takes a database backup, applies the update and checks its own health. If anything fails, it rolls itself back. Routine updates install in the ISP's maintenance window.

SaidaAI is built in

SaidaAI answers subscribers in more than 15 languages, including Swahili and French. It checks balances and due dates, sends the mobile-money payment prompt inside the chat, runs a connection diagnostic, and opens a ticket. When a person should step in, it hands over with the full thread.

Priced per subscriber, with rates that drop as you grow

SaidaLink is priced per active subscriber, and device management per managed CPE, with no per-OLT charge. Current prices and a free 30-day pilot are on saidalink.tech.
