What we license

  • SaidaLink: licensed per operator, priced per active subscriber in blocks of 100, plus any modules and hosting the operator chooses. It runs in SaidaLink Cloud or on the operator's own hardware.

  • SaidaAI: built into SaidaLink and LitSpan Africa, and metered per tenant.

  • Platform software and components: available to partners by agreement.

How a licence works

  1. Enquiry: you tell us what you run: subscribers, sites, OLTs, the countries you operate in.
  2. Agreement: a written licence agreement sets the term, the price, support levels and data protection terms. Under it you are the data controller for your subscribers, and we act as processor only where we provide hosting or support access.
  3. Installation: on your own server, either your own hardware or one we provision for you in SaidaLink Cloud.
  4. Updates: signed updates, installed by your server in your maintenance window.

What we do not do

  • We do not take ownership of your subscriber data.
  • We do not resell access to your network.
  • We do not license our brand names for use as your brand without a separate written agreement.
