About Agnostix
We build the software. Operators run the networks.
Agnostix Technologies Ltd is the group technology company that owns SaidaLink, SaidaAI and LitSpan Africa, and licenses the software behind them.
We do not sell internet to homes or businesses. ISPs do that. Our job is to make it cheaper for them to do it well.
Owner, licensor and engineering house
Agnostix owns the code, the brands and the release process for its platforms. Operators license the software.
- SaidaLink is licensed to ISPs. Each ISP runs its own server, either in SaidaLink Cloud or on its own hardware, and owns its subscriber data.
- SaidaAI is built into SaidaLink and LitSpan Africa.
- LitSpan Africa runs open-access fibre on our software. Many providers sell over one network, and each operator's data stays in country.
Every SaidaLink release is signed. Each operator's server checks the signature before it installs anything. Then it backs itself up, applies the update and checks its own health. If the check fails, it rolls itself back.
How the group fits together
Wekkitech Limited is the group parent. It owns Agnostix Technologies, and Agnostix owns SaidaLink and LitSpan Africa.
SaidaLink began in 2025 as the billing and RADIUS system of Mwanga WiFi, a Wekkitech fibre and wireless network in Nakuru. It was then rebuilt as a platform for other operators.

Where we work
Our platforms are operating live in over 10 countries in Africa.
We build for how networks here actually run: M-Pesa and other mobile money, PPPoE access, Huawei, ZTE and FiberHome OLTs, county wayleaves, and poles shared with power.
Our payroll and tax modules are designed for Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ghana, South Africa, Nigeria and Ethiopia. They go live in each country only after a local payroll consultant has reviewed them.
